Hi Alex,
I just looked at your profile and I must say you look absolutely amazing
for being 100 years old! 
Sorry to hear this site is up for sale but hope its future will be bright for a
new buyer. Not many seem interested anymore in what goes on here and
that is truly sad.
We're not residents of Celebration but frequent the downtown on a
weekly basis. We also enjoy strolls through the neighborhoods and those
wonderful walkways through the various wooded areas. Would loved to
have lived here if prices were more in our range.
Used to be some lively discussions here.
Good luck with the sale.

Sorry to see the site is for sale. Hope it, and you, have a bright future. Even though we live out of state this forum provided us with some insight into the area. Like Otiman, we found the prices to to have appreciated so rapidly that they grew out of our price range. All the best!
